SMD - A Full Service Design Company

Stephen Marshall Design, Inc. (SMD) provides residential, church, and commercial design including remodels, additions, and new construction.

SMD will oversee each component of the project from its design to its completion limited specifically to seeing that the intended Design/Master Plan is implemented/completed as agreed upon.

SMD offers the following to clarify and enhance the process of working with an Interior Designer:

Initial Free Consultation

A Designer from SMD will listen to the needs of the potential Client and discuss SMD services, usually in a phone conversation. SMD will send the client a packet of information for review. Once the Client has reviewed the packet and SMD answers the Client's initial questions, the client may commit to proceed to the next step(s).

The Design Proposal/Agreement

When prepared to commit to the Design Proposal/Agreement, the Client will sign the required documents, make an initial deposit for the design work and begin to work with SMD to develop and implement the Design, the initial step being to work through the design questionnaire. The Design Proposal/Agreement may include any of the following services:
